What are the operating hours?
Our members have secure access from 7:00am-7:00pm. Our Community & Operations team is on-site Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, to keep things running smoothly. Security is at the building 24/7 and can let you into the office after hours if needed.
What types of memberships do you offer for growing teams?
We offer highly flexible, scalable solutions including Dedicated Offices and Coworking Memberships so your workspace can grow right alongside your company.
What amenities are included to help my team stay productive?
Members get high-speed secure Wi-Fi, bottomless premium coffee and snacks, unlimited printing, quiet focus zones, and fully equipped spaces designed for deep work.
Is the workspace dog-friendly?
Service dogs are allowed throughout the Biltmore Innovation Center.
Is parking available for my team and visiting investors and how much does it cost?
Yes, we offer secure, accessible parking for members and guests to make commuting and hosting meetings seamless. Parking is $115/mo per pass.
Can I bring clients or partners in for meetings?

Can my company host a workshop, launch party, or team off-site here?
Yes! We highly encourage members to leverage our communal areas and meeting rooms to host product launches, lunch-and-learns, and team-building sessions. We have a few incredible options to choose from.
How do I book a room for a pitch or board meeting?
Members can instantly reserve our professional, tech-enabled meeting spaces through our streamlined member portal or through Studio B. Ops.
What if I need to host a major milestone event or large corporate gathering?
You’re in the right place. We oversee premier event venues at Biltmore Innovation Center and in Tech Square, including the Georgian Ballroom, The Biltmore Lobby and The Clubhouse, which are perfect for large-scale networking events or company milestones.
Who handles IT or facility issues so I can focus on my business?
Our Community & Operations Manager is available on-site during regular business hours to immediately resolve any facility or tech issues, keeping your team focused on scaling.
Do you handle mail and packages for my business?
Yes, dedicated members and private offices receive professional mail handling and package reception, giving your startup a permanent, professional address.
How does Studio B. help my startup network?
